It's a Meaningful Life

It's a Meaningful Life is a VeggieTales DVD that was released on October 5, 2010. Larry the Cucumber stars in the main role of "Stewart" in the episode which is a spinoff, in both title and overall theme, of the movie It's A Wonderful Life starring Jimmy Stewart. Larry's character, Stewart, is an ex-football star who missed the winning catch in a game. A few years later, Stewart still wonders "what if things were different?". But when a train called the "What If Express" magically appears in front of Stewart, the conductor, Gabe, whisks him away on an amazing journey. In Stewart's adventure, he is shown by Gabe what would have happened if he had caught the winning catch in the football game, and is shown that the change of events affected him and those who he is close to severely, and that though bad things may happen, things work out for those who love God. In all, he learns the moral of being content because there will be a gleaming light at the end of the tunnel and that God is in control. Stevey Joy Ru Chapman Co-Stars as Emma the Rhubarb and her adopted dad Steven Curtis Chapman sings "Meant to Be". [1] "It's a Meaningful Life" and "Meant to Be" are dedicated to the memory of Maria Sue Chunxi Chapman.
